Well I did it, I ate vegetables, mostly all day. I had a late lunch and didn't get to food until 230pm yesterday. Not even coffee had the opportunity to grace my desk! I had a fiber bar and cut up most of my lunch, drenched it in LIGHT balsamic and attempted to enjoy every single bite of nourishing, good for my body, wholesome food.
I ended up skipping the whole wheat pasta and the tomato, maybe tomorrow I'll think of something to do with them.
After work, I came home, changed my clothes right away (a little secret of mine to help me get out the door to workout faster) and took Paris on an hour walk. It was cold and windy, but felt good to be outside in the sunshine.
For dinner, I cut up some cabbage, bok choy, turkey breast, a few cloves of garlic and threw it all in the pan to simmer. I put some asparagus to boil (later drenched it in I can't believe it's not butter, LIGHT) and I can seriously say, that dinner was good! The garlic really helped make it bearable. We ate around 7 and by 9 I was hungry again. I had a banana and called it a night.
